VIP Detailing SATX ("I," "me") is a mobile auto detailing business owned and operated by Trenton Vonnahme in San Antonio, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect through vipdetailingsatx.com and how I use it.

When you fill out the contact form or reach out by phone or email, I collect what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle year, make, and model, and any photos you send of your vehicle.

How I use it

I use your information only to answer your questions, schedule and perform your detail, and follow up about your service. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Payments

Bookings are paid through Stripe checkout. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe's secure site and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. I never see or store your full card number.

Website hosting and cookies

This site is hosted by IONOS, which may use basic cookies and server logs needed to run and secure the site.

Keeping and deleting your information
