You are granted a limited license to access our platform solely for the purpose of scheduling, managing, and paying for interior and exterior detailing services for your vehicles or motorcycles.
- You may not systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Vip Detailing Satx.
- You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the service, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content.
- You may not use our services for any commercial endeavor or competitive analysis without our express prior written consent.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our detailing services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vip Detailing Satx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle during the detailing process. It is the customer's responsibility to remove all personal valuables prior to the service appointment.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, specifically within the jurisdiction of San Antonio.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Effective Date' of these terms.
